CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one-night room and tax.

  • Reservations made for an arrival within 72 hours are not cancellable and subject to a penalty of one-night room and tax.

  • Some rate categories, such as advance deposit and special event, are fully prepaid and non-refundable at time of booking.

 

DEPOSIT POLICY:

  • All reservations require a valid credit card at time of booking.
  • Some rate categories, such as advance deposit and special event, require the full, non-refundable prepayment of room charges and taxes at time of booking.
  • Upon check in, guests must present a valid credit card that can be fully authorized for the room charges of the entire stay including taxes and incidentals.
  • Cash payments may be taken at check out only.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • Check-in time - 3:00pm
  • Check-out time - 11:00am
  • Early Checkout - Front Desk must be informed by 11:00am on the desired day of checkout.
  • Late Checkout - Upon request, not guaranteed.  Additional charges may apply.
  • Rates and availability subject to change.
  • Self-parking is available at no additional charge.
  • All rooms are non-smoking.  A deep cleaning fee of up to $250 will apply if smoking occurs.
  • Pack-and-Plays available - one per room - first come, first serve.
  • The hotel reserves the right to directly charge and recovery the cost of any damage caused by a guest.
  • Any disturbance caused by you or a guest in your party may result in the immediate end of your stay.

 

PET POLICY:

  • Limit 50 lbs. per pet, maximum of two pets per room
  • Pets must be on a leash at all times while on property.
  • Pets may not be left alone or unattended in a guestroom or anywhere on property.
  • Any disturbance caused by your pet may result in the immediate end of your stay.
  • A deep cleaning fee of up to $250 will apply if the room is damaged or soiled.
